In this unique workshop specifically for Mums to prevent and recover from Postnatal Depletion, you’ll learn relevant and time-worthy practices and lifestyle modifications that you can completely individualise to meet your needs at home.
Join together in community with other Mums to learn specialised movement, breathing, meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, journaling and affirmation practices for Postnatal Depletion.
Engage in discussions to learn more about how to optimise your well-being with nutrition, sleep and rest, sexuality and intimacy, energy and fatigue management, and seeking support.
Take some much needed ‘me time’ and be gently guided back to a place of self-nourishment. If you’re a Mum to a child aged from 6 weeks to 10 years, this workshop is for you.

If you cancel your attendance at the workshop up to 7 days prior to the start of the workshop, you will receive a refund, minus a 10% booking and administration fee.
If you cancel your attendance within 7 days of the workshop starting, you will not receive a refund unless your place is able to be filled.
Your place in the workshop is fully transferrable to another person/s.

Yes! The workshop only contains a small component of Yoga. The Yoga we will practice is suitable for beginners and experienced students, with variations offered to suit your body.

The workshop is suitable for pregnant women, Mums who have been pregnant at any stage in the past 10 years, or health professionals who are interested in improving their care of Mums with postnatal depletion.

This workshop is all about you, Mumma, so no babies allowed. If you are breastfeeding, you are welcome to have your little one brought to the studio during our morning tea break to feed. A private space is available in the house if you need to pump.

If you are unable to attend in-person, you are encouraged to sign up for my Thriving Mums Program (online).
Why Thriving Mums?
After the birth of my second child, I suffered from Postnatal Depletion and watched many of the Mums around me experience Postnatal Depletion, Postnatal Depression and Postnatal Anxiety.
I started offering specialised Postnatal Yoga Classes but saw the need for a workshop that targeted the causes of postnatal depletion, that met Mums where they were at.
The Thriving Mums Workshop was created based on both experience and evidence-based research, integrating my lived experience as a Mum, a specialised pregnancy and postnatal Yoga teacher, and as a Registered Nurse.
