Join me for Yoga classes that are for everybody, whether you’re new to Yoga or have been practicing for a while. General Hatha Yoga classes are held in terms, so you can build on what you’ve learnt, explore variations and find movements that suit you.
Term 4 General Hatha Yoga
8 week term + 1 catch-up week

Please note my cancellation and refund policy:
If you cancel your term enrolment up to 7 days prior to the term commencing, you will receive a refund, minus a 5% booking and administration fee.
If you cancel your attendance within 7 days of the term commencing, you will not receive a refund unless your place is able to be filled.
If you are paying on a payment plan, you will be charged as per the payment plan to the total term fee even if you discontinue your attendance in class.
Casual drop-in bookings are non-refundable
Your place in the term is fully transferrable to another person.

My classes are attended by people of all levels of experience, from beginners to experienced students; by people with varied levels of physical ability and mobility; and by people living in all kinds of bodies. My classes are set at a pace that meets your needs, with options to support your unique body. We all start somewhere, and my supportive classes are the ideal place to begin your Yoga journey.

Term enrolment includes 8 in-person classes. Class swaps and substitutions are facilitated throughout the term where possible, or you can send a friend in your place if you know you will miss a class. A catch-up class is held at the end of term to make up for any missed classes that have not been substituted.

I facilitate class swaps where possible as I know that life can bring unexpected interruptions to our weeks. When you sign up for the term, you have the option to move between classes if there is space available, or to send a friend in your place. Each term also includes a free catch-up class to substitute missed classes.

Just enthusiasm and comfy clothes! Our custom-built studio is fully accessible for wheelchairs, mobility aids and prams. Mats and props are included, allowing you to commence your journey with Yoga now.

The benefits of Yoga are gained with a consistent practice, and the class size is limited, so term sign-up is preferred. If spaces are available in classes once term enrolments close, casual bookings will be available on the website.

Absolutely! General classes are suitable for pregnant and postnatal students, with a focus on nurturing your body where it is at. Movement and pose variations and focused breathing practices are provided in class.
