Please do! If your due date falls within the course dates, I offer conversion of any classes you miss after birth to Postnatal Yoga classes of your choice (Mums & Bubs or Mums, Bubs & Grubs).

Absolutely! With my Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth course, you never miss a class. My pre-recorded classes are a copy of the weekly in-person class, so you won’t miss out on your practice if you are absent and you can continue to practice at home. Recorded classes are included in the in-person course fee. An additional catch-up class is held at the end of term to make up for any missed classes.
-
If you are unable to attend on Thursdays, you are encouraged to sign up for my Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth online course (see below). In their literature review, Corrigan et al (2022) concluded that Pregnancy Yoga had a number of positive outcomes for women, including ‘positive effects of pregnancy yoga on anxiety, depression and perceived stress’, as well as ‘reduced duration of labour and increased odds of vaginal birth and tolerance for pain.’
Not only am I a specialised prenatal Yoga and Mindful Birth teacher, I am certified by CAPEA as a Childbirth Educator, so my Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth classes are full of inspiration and information to help you get the most from your practice.
