A unique program specifically to prevent and recover from Postnatal Depletion, the relevant and time-worthy practices are designed to be completely individualised to meet your needs. The whole program can be done from home, in the five, ten and twenty minute snippets of precious time you get to yourself.
Created just for Mums, my 10 week program consists of on-demand recordings and workbook exercises for movement, breathing, meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, journaling and affirmation practices. The program also includes 5 talks and associated activities to explore common areas in which Mums are depleted and strategies to enhance well-being in each area.
With allocated activities for you to choose from each week, the program gently guides you back to a place of self-nourishment without you having to make yet another decision. If you’re a Mum to a child aged from 6 weeks to 10 years, this program is for you.

Thriving Mums Program Content
Each week, we have a point of focus that is supportive of your holistic well-being.
All the practices for the week are linked to this focus.
Week 1 | Reconnection
Reconnect with yourself through building awareness of how you feel in your physical body, emotions, thoughts and energy.
Week 2 | Embodiment
Become aware of how you experience emotions, thoughts, beliefs and energy in your physical body and explore how you can use your body to release, question and balance your thoughts and beliefs.
Week 3 | Pleasant Experiences
Begin challenging the negativity bias of your brain and re-wire your brain towards positivity. No more ‘worst day ever’!
Week 4 | Fatigue and Sleep
Explore practices to reduce and manage fatigue, and techniques to improve sleep quality – even when someone else has control over the quantity of sleep you get.
Week 5 | Vitality
Discover ways to create vital energy, feel uplifted and give yourself a bit of a boost on the days when you’re running on empty.
Week 6 | Creating Space
Create space and learn to slow down so you can respond to situations in a considered, balanced way rather than from emotional reactivity.
Optimising Nutrition
Discover why nutritional depletion is common in Mums, which nutrients are most important, and how to improve your nutrition with simple, achievable strategies. Includes seasonal meal planners.
Week 7 | Letting Go
Release things, ideas, thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you. Let go of habits, fears and obligations so you can return to a place that is authentically you.
Week 8 | Sensuality & Sexuality
Reconnect with your sensual self, rediscover pleasure and prioritise connection in your relationships.
Week 9 | Self-Compassion
Experience simple yet profound practices to nurture compassion, empathy and kindness towards yourself.
Week 10 | Contentment
Learn to counteract the striving, judging and comparison that comes with Motherhood and instead cultivate contentment, happiness and satisfaction.
Energy Management
Discover effective techniques to overcome exhaustion, and conserve and optimise energy.

Why Thriving Mums?
After the birth of my second child, I suffered from Postnatal Depletion and watched many of the Mums around me experience Postnatal Depletion, Postnatal Depression and Postnatal Anxiety.
I started offering specialised Postnatal Yoga Classes and Thriving Mums Workshops but saw the need for a program that could be done from home, in short snippets of time, that addressed the root causes of Postnatal Depletion and met Mums where they were at.
The Thriving Mums Program was created based on both experience and evidence-based research, integrating my lived experience as a Mum, a specialised pregnancy and postnatal Yoga teacher, and as a Registered Nurse.
