Slow down, cultivate inner stillness and harness the nourishing energy of winter as we celebrate the Winter Solstice.
As the seasons shift and we move through the longest night of the year, take time out to slow down and connect with the quiet stillness of winter.
Held in-person at the Nurture Yoga and Meditation Studio and surrounding nature, join me for two days of deeply nourishing Yoga, meditation, relaxation, self-reflection, seasonal eating and wonderful company.

*Please note my cancellation and refund policy.*
– If you cancel your retreat attendance up to 14 days prior to the retreat commencing, you will receive a refund, minus a 5% booking and administration fee.
– If you cancel your attendance within 14 days of the retreat commencing, you will not receive a refund unless your place is able to be filled.
– Your place in the retreat is fully transferrable to another person.

Accommodation Options
Multiple low-cost accommodation options are available for the retreat.
Option 1: Own accommodation. Return to your place of residence or local motel for the night.
Option 2: On-site glamping - fees apply. Private heated tents are available for hire, set-up and packed down for you, with full access to bathroom and toilet facilities, inner spring mattress and bedding included.
Option 3: On-site camping - free. Bring your own tent, campervan or caravan (and hot water bottle). Undercover option for tents in inclement weather. Access to bathroom and toilet facilities in our shed.

My retreats are attended by people of all levels of experience, from beginners to experienced students; by people with varied levels of physical ability and mobility; and by people living in all kinds of bodies. Yoga sessions in retreats are set at a pace that meets your needs, with options to support your unique body, and are suitable for pregnant and postnatal students. Everyone is welcome.

Just your lovely self, and comfortable clothes that you can move in. All mats, props and journaling supplies are provided.

Yes! We will be celebrating the Winter Solstice with lovingly-cooked meals crafted from seasonal, local produce. On Saturday, you’ll enjoy lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and wassail (a traditional Winter Solstice drink - alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions available). On Sunday, you’ll receive morning tea and have the option to join us at a local café for lunch after the retreat ends.
