  • "Postnatal yoga was amazing after having a baby. I started going when my baby was about 8 weeks and loved every minute of it. I have loved the chaos of the postnatal yoga and how we were all in the same boat with unsettled or noisy babies and also the sense of community in participating in those classes. They were my favourite part of every week while I was on maternity leave and my chance to talk to other mums going through the same thing as me."

FAQs

  • Yes! The course begins with fundamentals and builds slowly over the term, with time and space for you to explore the practices and the variations that are right for you.

  • You are welcome to join us any time from 6 weeks to 12 months post-partum.

  • Absolutely! I understand that it can be hard to commit to a term of classes, but be assured that you’ll never miss a class. The Postnatal Yoga course includes 10 pre-recorded classes aligned with the weekly in-person class, so you won’t miss out on your practice if you are absent and you can continue to practice at home. Recorded classes are 10-20 minutes in length to support you to make the most of those precious snippets of ‘me time’.

  • Don’t be! My Postnatal Yoga classes welcome babies in all moods. Some sleep through the class, some crawl around wreaking havoc, some cry. We’re all there to support each other and everyone in the class has been through it too. Plus, I love giving your unsettled little one a cuddle and a rock so you get some time out.

  • If you are unable to attend on Thursdays, you are encouraged to come to my Mums, Bubs and Grubs classes on Mondays or sign up for my Thriving Mums Program (online).
