Be empowered by the incredible transformation of birth and remain in control of your journey as you prepare to birth your way with my Mindful Birth Workshop.

Gain the tools and knowledge to enhance your connection with labour and birth, work with pain, reduce medical interventions and integrate your baby and body’s wisdom.

Workshops are held over a full day with written and recorded resources provided for you to continue to practice and prepare for birth at home.

The workshop is for two participants, you and your support person. You can book your spot together, or individually.

  • 8 hour evidence-based workshop delivered by a specialist Pregnancy and Birth Yoga Teacher and Registered Nurse

  • Full colour, 54 page Mindful Birth workbook

  • Recorded movement, breathing, meditation and relaxation practices covered in the workshop

  • Light morning/afternoon tea. Please BYO lunch.

The next Mindful Birth Workshop Details

Sunday 2nd June

8:30 am – 4:30 pm

$400 for two people (you and your support person)

OR

$250 per individual (individual birthing person, support person or health professional).

Payment plan option $100 per fortnight.

  • The Nurture Support Fund is available for Mindful Birth Workshops, providing fully funded positions to teenagers who are pregnant and women experiencing financial hardship. If you are aged 20 years or under at the estimated date of your baby’s birth, or the workshop fee is a significant barrier to you accessing the course, please get in touch.

  • Please note my cancellation and refund policy:

    • If you cancel your attendance at the workshop up to 7 days prior to the start of the workshop, you will receive a refund, minus a 10% booking and administration fee.

    • If you cancel your attendance within 7 days of the workshop starting, you will not receive a refund unless your place is able to be filled.

    • Your place in the workshop is fully transferrable to another person/s.

    • If your pre-booked support person is unable to attend, I offer a 1:1 catch-up session.

Private Birth Preparation Sessions

Work with me 1:1 to explore your expectations, fears, and opportunities to create a birth experience that makes you realise how incredibly strong, capable and connected to yourself and your baby you are.

You’ll come away from your private birth preparation session with a clear picture of your ideal birth experience and a path to get there. You’ll be confident in your ability to communicate this to your care providers and have embodied practices to keep you calm, centred and connected in your birth.
